FDA Enforcement Reports

The FDA offers Enforcement Report data.

The enforcement report data is offered here in SAS, Stata, and CSV formats to make the whole database a bit easier to use.

The most recent year's data is not a complete calendar year. The annual files are rollups of the weekly files for the year.

The 2012 file has data from 2012-06-20 to the end of 2012. The week of June 20, 2012 is when FDA first began delivering the weekly enforcement reports as CSV and XML files.
